Meaghan Penning is an American MMA fighter, who competed in the Invicta FC. She made her professional debut in 2020 and has a personal record of 1-0-0 (W-L-D).
Meaghan Penning was born on September 22, 1999, in Albuquerque, New Mexico. She developed her skills at the local gym and practices kickboxing and boxing. Later she went fond of MMA and turned her attention and training in this direction.
Before turning professional, Meaghan Penning fought as an amateur in KOTC.
Meaghan Penning MMA career
Meaghan Penning started competing as an amateur in the KOTC. She debuted in July 2018 versus Mari Ramirez-Reyes at the KOTC – Hard Knocks 3, winning in the first round via TKO. She won three more fights at the KOTC – versus Kristi Garr (via technical submission), versus Lindsay Wilson (versus TKO), and versus Marina Coffman (via rear-naked choke submissions). All the fights she won already in the first round.
In her last amateur fight, Meaghan Penning fought versus Hannah Scoggins at the Showcase MMA – Greenville, but lost via armbar submission in the first round.
Meaghan Penning made her professional MMA debut on November 20, 2020, versus Alexa Culp at the Invicta FC 43 – King vs. Harrison. She won the fight via unanimous decision.
